Damages:
We can assure you a lot of care and love goes into packaging your items, with that being said sometimes there are errors that can happen in transit that are out of our control. In the event that you receive a damaged candle please contact us within 72 hrs of the day your order was delivered with the following information:
Clear picture of product damaged
Clear picture of the box condition
We will work together to resolve the issue in order to ensure customer satisfaction!
